By accessing vip tak via website or mobile browser and using our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. vip tak reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above.
Account Registration & Security
To create an account on vip tak, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account — any attempt to register multiple accounts may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts. It is solely the user's responsibility to keep their password confidential, and the user is fully accountable for all activity carried out under their account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact the vip tak support team immediately. Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited. If information provided at registration is later found to be false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or terminated at any time.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users must strictly adhere to the following rules when using the vip tak platform. Any form of fraudulent activity, automated betting via software, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. Users must not attempt to hack any part of the platform, introduce malware or malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts. Using vip tak for money laundering or any illegal transactions is strictly forbidden and may be reported to the relevant authorities. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance or due to technical issues — vip tak is not liable for such interruptions.
- All betting activity must be conducted solely through your own account.
- Placing bets on behalf of another person or using third-party funds for betting is prohibited.
- The platform must be used for lawful entertainment purposes only.
- In the event of any technical error or abnormal outcome, vip tak reserves the right to make the final decision.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on vip tak are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh can be used for deposits and withdrawals. Please verify the amount carefully before making a deposit — corrections for incorrect amounts may take time to process. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be made. Bonus credits are subject to specific wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash — these conditions are detailed in each individual offer. vip tak may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions and reserves the right to place such transactions on hold if necessary. Any credits erroneously added to an account due to a technical error may be reclaimed.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Vip tak is not directly liable for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other harm arising from use of the platform. All betting decisions are made entirely at the user's own discretion, and the user bears sole responsibility for their outcomes. vip tak reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If the account was created using false information.
- If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
- If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual.
- If required in the interest of security or system integrity.
Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to the user; however, this may be placed on hold during an ongoing investigation.

All content on the vip tak platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is protected under vip tak's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for any commercial purpose.
